A place to be shared
Four generations have passed since this small Finca became part of our family. First as a whimsical retreat for a wealthy fisherman; then as an inheritance of manageable dimensions to be used for private family enjoyment as a summer-residence. Can Salas and its surroundings have gone from being an unappreciated property in an unknown and undervalued area to be a jewel in an increasingly desirable corner of Mallorca. What has not changed over time is the need to enjoy the place with family and friends, with celebrations and gatherings of all kinds. The ample terraces and the unbeatable views demand to be enjoyed in the best company.
Property cared by its owners
From the fencing of the property to recover the flock of sheep to the young vineyards that are beginning to bear fruit, many changes and improvements have been introduced in the last 40 years in Sa Cova. Can Salas has gone from being a summer vacation chalet to a small Finca with a farm, livestock, and a modernized house, which without renouncing its bucolic and ancient character, meets all the requirements of modern comfort.
